How accurate is Vespernote's voice booking?
We haven't published an accuracy measurement, so we don't quote a percentage. The AI only pulls out a name, a phone number, a service, a barber and a time. Service, barber and client are matched against your own list and never invented, and each step that fails to match lowers the confidence from high to medium to low. If the time is outside someone's hours or already taken, the proposal says so and offers other times. It books one appointment at a time, and a request to block your time or to make several bookings at once is not turned into an appointment.
Use it responsibly
The app turns your speech into text, and that text goes to a third-party AI provider to be read. Don't say anything you aren't allowed to share. The proposal is saved for a limited time and then deleted, and nothing is booked until you tap Confirm. Check the client, service, barber and time on every proposal. Voice booking works in English.

Is there an app for barbers to schedule appointments?
Yes. Vespernote gives a barbershop a booking page at its own link. Clients pick a service, a barber and a time, and the appointment lands on your schedule in the Vespernote app, where you also set up services, staff and hours.
What is appointment booking software?
Software that shows which times are open, lets customers take one, and keeps the schedule so two people can't get the same time. Vespernote checks the time again when a client confirms and offers the closest open times if it was just taken.
Do my clients need an account to book online?
No. They enter a name and a phone number, and an email if they want a confirmation. The booking page also limits how many bookings one phone number can make in a day.
How much does an online booking system cost?
Booking is free for your clients. Each location is its own Business subscription, billed through Stripe on the web.
How does voice booking work?
Say or type a booking, such as a client's name, a service, a barber and a time. AI reads it and proposes an appointment. You check it and confirm, and only then does it go on the schedule.
Is this an AI receptionist that answers my phone?
No. Vespernote doesn't answer phone calls. The AI works for you: it turns a booking you say or type into a proposal. Clients use the booking page, and no AI talks to them.
Can AI replace a receptionist?
Not here. It does one job, turning a spoken booking into a proposal, and you confirm it. It doesn't take calls, answer client questions or decide anything on its own.
How accurate is AI voice booking?
We haven't measured it, so we don't give a number. It matches names against your own services, staff and clients, shows a confidence level, and never books without your confirmation.
Does it send appointment reminders?
By email, yes. A client who gives an email gets a confirmation and a reminder, 24 hours before by default. Text message reminders aren't available.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Not today. Appointments live in Vespernote's schedule.
Can clients cancel their booking?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation. A cancellation inside your cancellation window is flagged to you as late.
Does it work for salons, clinics and other businesses?
The setup is generic: services, staff, weekly hours and time off. Any business that books fixed-length appointments in person can use it, though Vespernote built it around a barbershop first.
